| 2011 Proposal |
The History of: BLACKARD RACING Blackard Racing began its inaugural season in 1998 at Colorado National Speedway. The driver, Eric Blackard, without any previous experience, was determined to obtain as much knowledge and experience possible throughout the racing season. This task was taken on with the driver and a single crew member with the overall results being very promising. This laid the groundwork for future successful seasons. Blackard Racing's 2010 season began as the most promising year, with new sponsors coming aboard and joining the existing sponsors from previous years. The 2010 season proved to be the best year in both starting and finishing positions. The team qualified for and finished every race. With twelve top ten finishes consisting of: three wins, five seconds, one third, one fifth, one sixth and one ninth place finish. Blackard Racing received recognition as the Colorado National Speedway, NASCAR, Sportsman Division track champion and finished 42nd in the NASCAR National points system. We will be keeping with the same successful formula of car, driver, and crew for the 2011racing season. The team will be running in two divisions this year. 1) Nascar Whelen Series Sportsman Division 2) C.A.R.C. Modified Coupe Division (driving for our first independent car owner). The 2011 season promises to be the teams best points finish ever. However, this history is still to be written. Blackard Racing would like you to join us in our quest for racing success, along with helping your business in it’s quest for success. |

Blackard Racing has set some high goals for our 2011 season. These goals consist of a repeat of the NASCAR Sportsman Division Track Championship and most Main Event wins from Eric Blackard our seasoned driver in the Sportsman Division, and possibly a chance for ‘Rookie of the Year’ in the Modified Coupe Division. Along with these goals, we are planning on building toward our future with the expansion of a second Sportsman car and driver. Also, we plan on continuing to build a NASCAR Late Model race car under our 2-3 year plan. Every member of our team agrees that we can reach these goals, and are dedicated to help make them happen. We would like to invite you to join our team in making these goals a reality. Now, let's go and see about the Benefits to Sponsors, Demographics, and Locations Available for Sponsorship!
